A bit more info.

Here’s a bit more info on our Grazing Tables. If you’re keen on finding out more about our services and how we can help you with your event, get in touch =)

  • Our styled Grazing Tables are about deliciousness, sustainability and style.

We are not attempting to cover every inch of table scape with crackers and sliced fruit that will be scraped into a bin at the end of the night. Rather, we focus on cooking delicious treats, sourcing local artisanal products, and styling it all up to look stunning.

Nonetheless, it’s natural that there will be some leftovers, so we also pack some compostable takeaway containers for you and your guests to take some of the magic home at the end of the event =)

  • We style our Grazing Tables with our own props, boxes, heights, books, vases and other little bits and bobs. You will also often see some candles from our neighbours Hunter Candles, and some beautiful linen cloths from Bed Threads.

Our repurposed dried florals are curated by local florists, like the legend Fleur de Flo. We can also source bespoke florals if you have a particular theme to match, just ask our enquiries team.

Regarding quantities, each of our Grazing Tables serve a different purpose. Here’s a quick reference guide:

    • Our Antipasti table serves as an ‘entrée’ - as if you were ordering a cheese and charcutes platter at a restaurant. If you want to make it more substantial, we suggest adding some extras ;)

    • Our deli table is equivalent to a light lunch - think chunky sandwiches at a deli bar, with a side salad.

    • Our brekkie table includes about 5 items per person, so it could easily pass for a light brunch. If you’re keen on substantial hot items, check out the Food Stations section.

  • Our tables are a showcase of our ethos, local suppliers and special collabs. Let’s break this down:

Food. We source our produce ethically and locally as much as possible. We prioritise quality over quantity, and try to focus on things that people actually want to eat. If you check out the descriptions for our Antipasti Grazing Table, you will find a list to all of them.

Waste management. Each grazing includes compostable takeaway containers, which will be used to pack any leftovers at the end of the event, and distributed to you or your guests by our waitstaff. We also include a compost bin which we will take back with us (as long as there’s a waitperson onsite), which should take care of any food scraps and serveware.

Serveware. We use reusable plates that are made of up-cycled cornhusk whenever possible. If not, we use our compostable bamboo boats, trays and napkins.

Styling. We favour repurposed and reusable dried arrangements. They look absolutely stunning, match most venues, and avoid a substantial amount of waste. We do also provide bespoke fresh florals if needed, curated by our local florists, and left onsite on water vases so you can enjoy them for longer after the event is finished.

We also offsets 100% of our CO2 emissions, which includes our delivery service + all the food items.
